Goldie Estate Wedding Waiheke

I shared a magnificent day with these two lovelies capturing their Goldie Estate wedding. Dee and Jarrod are the sweetest of the sweet, each equally enamoured with the other and they seem to just ooze love, life and happiness.

I know Dee quite well as she’s a manager at one of our local venues, Sculptureum and I know her to be very organised, yet calm and easy going. This was epitomised in her itinerary for the day, which had events planned down to two minute intervals… yet when the actual timing started to deviate from the plan, she couldn’t have been more relaxed. Dream bride

So I know Dee… but Jarrod I had really only met in passing as he’s the head chef in the amazing restaurant where Dee works. I’d see him working his magic in the kitchen, looking intimidating with his tattoos and serious chef attitude (chefs can be scary). Well yesterday I got to meet the real Jarrod and let me tell you… he’s an absolute sweetheart.

Seeing the connection that he and Dee had and also the love they have for their family was so wonderful. These two seriously beautiful people that I am lucky to know. I am so happy that I was able share in their day and I’m sure Deahla and Jarrod’s future life together will be total bliss.
